Customer is solely responsible for picking up all items during opening hours. If you are unable to come on the ordered day, please contact us and we will try to accommodate.
Perishable Goods
Perishable items are non-returnable.
All our baked goods are made with all natural ingredients, without additives or preservatives of any kind. Most produce hold up well for a few days with good storage and handling practices, and should be enjoyed in that timeframe, however if you don't love something you have received, please let us know immediately so we can work it out.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
